Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Dhahri, the owner and chairman of the board, is one of the prominent economic and social figures in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. He is among the pioneers who contributed to building the infrastructure of the Kingdom in the 1980s and played a key role in the economic development witnessed by the Kingdom. He was born on the eighth of Sha'ban, 1373 Hijri, corresponding to 23/4/1954 AD, and belongs to one of the ancient Arab tribes in Najd in the Arabian Peninsula, known as the Harb tribe, where his father was one of its sheikhs. On his mother's side, he belongs to the Shammar tribe. He established this economic entity in the 1980s with high capability, keen business acumen, and a good reputation, maintaining credibility and optimism at work. He is known for his firm yet flexible management and leadership according to the requirements. He has participated in many economic conferences and forums, both inside and outside the country, and has successfully represented commercial and economic delegations and business councils, including:

Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Dhahri has made significant and active contributions in the social and humanitarian fields. His involvement includes active participation in the Friends of Patients Committee in Saudi Arabia, supporting orphans, the Disabled Children’s Association, the Families of Prisoners’ Friends Association, Quran Memorization Associations, the Expatriates Abroad (Awasser) Association, Friends of Renal Failure Patients (Kelana), the Committee for Friends of the Hearing and Visually Impaired, and the Committee for Environmental Conservation, represented by the Wildlife Conservation and Development, among other humanitarian associations. He has also made wide cultural contributions, including providing consultation on administrative development for institutions and restructuring. Furthermore, he has supported postgraduate students aiming to obtain their doctorate degrees, particularly in administrative and economic research, by sharing his scientific and practical expertise. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Dhahri holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Political Science, earned in 1981, followed by a Ph.D. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Maryland in 2008. He has authored numerous periodic articles on economic, social, and administrative development topics, improving economic performance, globalization, free trade principles, family business development, and more, published in Saudi, Gulf, and Arab newspapers. He has also authored several specialized books focused on economics and culture. His favorite saying is:
